Part of my masters study is to fully

understand clients problems and customers needs and to design a solution that would benefit both parties. Most of the time is also to help clients understand and discover unseen problems that requires further digging and diving into their customers problems and experience.

For this project we were giving a problem statement by McCann Health Singapore to help them solve a problem in their industry.

“How can McCann Health help the industry - agencies, brands, retailers, and pharmacies - support and educate parents in Singapore in making choices around infant nutrition.” (While abiding to WHO and Government regulations)
